It looks good on him. Sadly the McGregor belt isn't worth as much anymore.
Unless the UFC held a gun to McG's head and forced him to run a marathon before the fight, that is a terrible excuse. He beat up a tired Conor its not happening next time.

If Connor was tired last time, wait and see what he'll look like against a Diaz with a little bit of camp.He beat up a tired Conor its not happening next time.
Lol, you mean a fighter his weight?Only if he was to defend it to a much larger fighter.

It will go to the MCGround eventually and McGregor will lose every single time. Just imagine giving Nate two months to prepare.... Conner would take another McBeatingMcGregor belt yes, Nate took it, and he surely took his aura and stock worth. But FW belt no, Nate can't make 145, and smart McGameplan beats him 7 out of 10 times.
It wasn't so much Conor was tired, it was fatigue from going hung ho in the first round. I would bet on Nate not withstanding the same damage if he made the cut to 155 but I still don't think Conor should gamble at 155 and ought to pace himself if he fights the lightweight champion in case Conor doesn't put him away early.
That's bj penn or Dan henderson. Conor hasn't come close to earning that belt yet.The McGregor belt is any weight any time any where. It's a stupid idea but it's what he said.
When the fight ended, Conor told us he ran out of energy. Fans are not just making this up as an excuse. You can clearly see Conor slowing down in the 2th round and he was easier to hit.
