The dude gets a lot of hate on here when what he teaches is actually useful for the body. Is it a must for fighting? No. Is it a good supplement to add in if you have the time? Yes. What is wrong with becoming more flexible?
It's not a kettlebell swing, it's more a of deadlift and/or shrug he is doing and at a high pace like that it is going to put a lot of stress on your back and shoulders, he should be concerned with proper form not smashing out x amount of reps.ummmm..so why is that so obviously bad, experts?
