5'10, ~240lbs, 28yrs old

(doing starting strength routine, will include hours slept)

oct29:

~10am: banana, multivitamin, large potato, 1/3 cauliflower, fried cubed steak (in butter), cheese, milk.

~5pm: 2 bowls beef stew, 6 slices of bread/butter, 1 beer, 1 small bowl apple crumb.

~7pm: banana, apple.

~10pm: 2 cups coffee (w/milk and sugar)


--- slept ~3:30am - 9:50am --- for total of 6:20 hrs slept
