Luke Thomas is part of the problem.
Some of the issues he raises are relevant and exist in this sport... but holy shit is Luke Thomas the last guy to raise them. He's making issues worse instead of better, and I have to agree with many that Luke Thomas nor his podcast are the correct presenter/venue to have these discussions.
