As many talk about over and over again, having the ability to break open the closed guard standing is an important asset to have.
In this video I talk about the “Hand in the Pocket” standing closed guard break when you are playing with the gi on. This is a little twist to a guard break that has been taught for a long time.
In this video I show my particular variation that has worked with me for a very long time against all levels and has also been used successfully from many who do this method as well.
