According to the groundhog on Feb 2 we were supposed to have 6 more weeks of winter. It's nine weeks later and I still have full snow cover. It hasn't been above freezing for two weeks and the predicted low tonight is 4 degrees F. It seems that winters start later and end later. Average low for the April 7th is 30 degrees and the average high is 45. The last few winters have been warmer than normal but just start later and end much later than normal. Seems that much of the US is experiencing colder weather.
