The Grappling Gameplan

Firstly, sorry because I know this will have been asked before but the search function seems to bring up everything with the word grappling in, so there's no way for me to find this particular subject.

I'm looking for an independant review of the above product from normal guys who've bought it and used it.

I subscribed to get the free e-mails (the "7 Lessons" email). Maybe he doesn't offer them any more ...

I keep those e-mails in a binder and go back to them from time to time. There's some good stuff in there, especially if you're going through a rough patch or plateauing.

My two cents: Get the free e-mails. But spend your money on Pan Ams, Mundials, ADCC DVDs or the 101 Submissions series or Laimon's No Gi remix or whatever type of grappling you are into.

You'll probably find your money better spent that way.
