    Hey guys, here's a little video I put together cataloging the major types of Triangle chokes. I decided to do it after there was a spate of Triangle victories in MMA recently

    I was looking at some of my old wrestling pics today, and noticed that one of my ride to pin transitions might work for a triangle. Here's the transition:

    Pic 3 is where I step over the head after establishing head/ arm control and I had to figure four the head (no chokes or scissor holds on the head). Anyone have any tips for making this into a working triangle transition?
