There is hope yet for us in the real world for 4K TV's that don't cost more then the car your driving. Up to now 4K TV's started at around 10,000 and up for 55 inch or better 4K TV. Well Sony has finally stepped up to the plate with a 5,000 dollar, 55 inch TV. Its not cheap heck its wildly expensive still but far more cost effective then what other vendors are charging for their TVs. Sony just released a lower cost 4K digital camera likely for people who are moving to 4K video for professional video 20,000 dollars.

Some pretty neat stuff coming out of CES this year. Read about a 1 terabyte flash drive. Didn't have a price tag on it yet, but the 512gig flash drive they had for sale was like $1700.

They had a projector as well that could project a 100" display with a distance of only 22".

Awesome, you could put pirated porn on those flash drives and end up paying more than you would have for boxed DVDs and finally we can watch real-life size porn in an elevator!

And I want that TV. That would be so awesome if they had porn in 4k.

to expansive no one's gonna buy that

It'll come down, but not to what an average consumer is willing to pay anytime soon. I used to work at Sears when Digital Cameras were getting big and they still took floppy discs and we had a 128MB memory stick for $150 dollars. I can't even be bothered to carry around a 4gig card these days.
