The fastest submission of all time happened last night

Unfortunately, it wasn't for a good or reasonable reason. This "fight" happened at Fuel MMA in Flint, Michigan last night. Here we see Darryol Humphrey take on Travis Reeder. As soon as the fight began, Reeder tapped and quit so he didn't have to fight Humphrey likely because he was going to get his ass kicked. He essentially cut weight and made it to fight day just so he could make his show money. From my understanding, this isn't the first time he's pulled something like this. He's not a professional and should be banned from all further competition. But technically, Humphrey has a 1 second submission win on his record. What a disgrace.

Here is an amateur fight in 2015 where Reeder pulled the same thing against Pancho Theuer. Because Michigan was unsanctioned before 2016, there isn't much record of events so the promoter who put him on this show in Flint may have been unaware of his past but he's going to be blacklisted in the Midwest for sure.
