We can look in history books and read up about particular reasons how the Greek and Roman empires ended, in 1000 years time how will the history books describe the end of Western society?
I wonder if they'll be able to point out specific things, key decisions that started the beginning of the end? Maybe specific people get mentioned?
Would the gradual disappearance of the caucasian race feature in the history books as being a contributing factor?
The West could survive with coffee-coloured people populating it though.
As a side issue i wonder if there will be water wars in the future?
In trying to figure out the demise of humans, the reason given on the third Roger Waters album was this.
Aliens finally visit Earth but find no human beings. After lots of research and tests the alien anthropologist concluded, 'This species has amused itself to death.'
Of course that has nothing to do with the ending of our society[?] i simply wanted to mention the album because it's so good!
