It's a travesty that the UFC allowed Jon Jones to fight Stipe Miocic like that. After Tom emerged + defended his interim title, the Stipe bout should be have been called off.

A whole bunch of us here said "Jon Jones will beat Stipe and then not fight for 12 months, trolling the whole time."

That's exactly what is happening.

There's not much sense in complaining about it. Jones has been pretty clear from the beginning that he won't fight Aspinall. Jones will vacate (and possibly fight Alex), and Aspinall will likely fight Gane next.

This is how it was always going to happen.
