Deadlifts were fine, last set was tough but left 2 in the tank. Was sweting more than the new faces hitting the cardio. People have said that the deadlift volume on Juggernaut seems high. I say that those people are wimps. Press was a breeze, trap still huts from a while back but more annoying than anything. Front Squats were rough, might have been accumulated fatigue or just the fact that it's a fairly heavy weight for me. Intensification phase on squats starts Sunday.
