I've been couch-ridden for the last 3 days with the flu but I'll be back to lifting tomorrow. Maybe the benefit of sleeping 14 hours a day for 3 days will lead to new PRs. Or, more likely, I'll be crushed by the bar itself.

Monday- Squat day. No squats last week (gym was closed AND I had to do some make up classes) But came back nice and strong today
40kgx5, 70kgx5,100kgx5, 120kgx3, 130x3 (7 sets) x6(1 set, last set)

Was really surprised I was able to blast out 6 after 7 sets. But it was actually not so bad, and I probably had two more at least in me. Squats felt good, Next week 135kg for 8 triples.

No assistance work today because I had to run. My wifes friend invited us to the brazilian bbq buffet place. I literally ate until I can't even think of food. Its hard to sit up to type this. It was well worth it. Just an all around awesome day.

Mother in law brings over new oil cooker, dumplings, cooks breakfast, and then proceeds to make us over 100 wontons for wonton soup.

Squat day, and kicks ass even after 7 sets @130kg

Eats tons of meat and seafood and other deliciousness and comes home to veg, and watch FF cartoon.

Been a good day tater.

I'm a eating machine. Which can be bad, because I don't always eat the healthiest shit.

Overslept this morning and had to go afterwork. It was packed and I forgot my chalk. My hands were so sweaty I didnt go for any plus although I am certain I couldve gotten 2 or 3, or more. Anyway, managed to salvage the day after missing this morning

Form Check - Best setup I could get for the camera, its rubberbanded into the upright of the bench. This is the 1st set.

Form Check - This is my 3rd set. Took video of the 1st and it was absolutely horrible. Focused more on the arch of my lower back on this set and putting as much focus on form while setting the bar down and while pulling. During 1st set lower back was horribly arched every time while setting the bar down. Have been working on the height of my hips because I was initially pulling with my hips too low causing me to hit my knees on the way up.

Nice Matt! Squat looked really, really good! I honestly can't think of anything to say. Also, Sam's bench is awesome! She's repping 95 with absolutely no leg drive lol Once she gets her form down, she's going to be moving some big weights there.
 
CrazyNuts, film the next OHP vid in a frontal view. It was good from what I could tell at this angle.

For the dead lift try to keep that chest up, and it should help you arch more. Also, pack your neck and keep your head more neutral. Look down instead of forward.

From what I read in starting strength today; for OHP, I had the bar resting too low in the start position and need to work on hand placement for better wrist alignment. Will try to figure out how to get a front view. On DL, I need to change where I look and take a narrower stance. Will be taking video of at least 1 set on every day of lifting. Thanks for your critique.

Deadlifts were fine, last set was tough but left 2 in the tank. Was sweting more than the new faces hitting the cardio. People have said that the deadlift volume on Juggernaut seems high. I say that those people are wimps. Press was a breeze, trap still huts from a while back but more annoying than anything. Front Squats were rough, might have been accumulated fatigue or just the fact that it's a fairly heavy weight for me. Intensification phase on squats starts Sunday.

What is supersetted there? deadlift and front squats, press and rows? Rows and front squats?

NOTES:
-BP felt great, though my videos show a strangely diagonal bar path.
-Right rear delt feels strained from facepulls, which I only felt when I began using dbs.
-225x7(8) is a great PR for me.
 
Rows supersetted with Press. I wouldn't superset anything with Front Squats, unless you call gasping, sweating and hating yourself an exercise. Then I superset the crap out of front squats.
