Hey, guys! :-].

Sorry for the delay, I wasn't able to get into the gym until tonight. I just joined this gym (New years coincidence?).

I live in Washington state, so I will probably miss out on any NY team lift :p.

Maxed out tonight at >

Deadlift: 235 lbs.
Press: 100 lbs.

I will chatter more in a personal log, but I think I have a fair amount of weight to gain, and a lot of weight pull and press into fellow Bar Benders :-].

Jon Pall died while deadlifting, and in the wagon wheel pic is when he said

"THERE IS NO REASON...to be alive if you can not do deadlifts!"

Makes me want to watch some pure strength.

Assistance

Power Cleans
Warmup: 30kgx3, 37.5kgx3, 45kgx3
Work: 57.5kgx3, 60kgx3, 65kgx3

Barbell Curls
27.5kgx10, 27.5kgx10, 27.5kgx7, 20kgx2x10

Assistance day, normally done before wrestling but martial arts gym not open so did them today. No chins as didn't use a rack. Used hook grip, tore hands up pretty good, then some curls. Shirt sleeves felt tight afterwards so you know it worked.

Avatar looks pretty good actually. Could you try it with the one handed deadlift picture just for shits and giggles?

EDIT: Also can you put a drop shadow on the text to make it stand out...
