Work: 57.5kgx3, 60kgx3, 65kgx3
Barbell Curls
27.5kgx10, 27.5kgx10, 27.5kgx7, 20kgx2x10
Assistance day, normally done before wrestling but martial arts gym not open so did them today. No chins as didn't use a rack. Used hook grip, tore hands up pretty good, then some curls. Shirt sleeves felt tight afterwards so you know it worked.
