She could have beat Holly, all Holly had was better boxing/kick-boxing with less power and weaker other skills.

Ronda should have went for the takedown, she would have won the fight on the ground. This is clear because when Holly got the surprise takedown she immediately stood back up because she wanted NOOOO part of a ground fight.

Ronda just looked bad WOW, stumbling and fumbling all over the place. She looked like crap cause her head wasn't in the game, she was too full of herself and thought she didn't need to do that much to win. MISTAKE!

Guarantee Holly will not win a rematch IF Ronda gets her head in the game and keeps her Ego in check. Ronda has to know she is beatable and learn from this experience and come back better, leave the drama at the door woman! Can we hope for a GSP like awaking following the Serra loss? We'll see.

I kinda think this becomes a Barao/Dillashaw type situation. I think Holm will beat her just the same in their eventual second fight much like Dillashaw did to Barao.

it will take years (lots of them) for her to get her footwork and boxing up to scratch. her shadowboxing is just so cringey. i dont see any gameplan working against someone disciplined enough to stay away. holm will have more time to train escapes at the same time.
