Works for me, just tested it. Use Hola instead of Holo.

Here's an insider tip from an Irish person. RTE player is notoriously screwy and doesnt tolerate adblock sometimes.

There's another site called "RTE Player XL" which usually works much better.

You'll still need the hola proxy obviously.
