Silva was not out of prime when they fought the first time but he got "caught" he played the game as he always did and payed for it that night, the second fight between them had a terrible accident in it.

Vitor was off the trt and probably had his hormones on a japanese highschool girl level, lyoto on the other way was arguably in his athletic and skill prole and weidman win in that fight is just unquestionable.

In his resume yes but not how the fight ended, lyoto's fight is an unquestionable win, silva on the other hand was not a "dominant display" he caught anderson that really doesn't show weidman's full potention as a fighter. His best unquestionable performance is against lyoto

I get what you're saying but it's still not enough to top the Silva win. Weidman was winning that fight playing Anderson's own game and did something no one had or has yet to do, he was winning the rematch as well and technically checked the kick that broke Anderson's leg

Everyone always down plays Weidman's win over Anderson, when Weidman threw those punches, one of those punches threw Anderson off with his head movement, and when Weidman his him with that last shot, it was perfectly placed, and timed, yes Anderson was being a retard, but that's not why Weidman won.

When we look at his resume i would say for sure, but "performance wise" i think lyoto was his most impressive. The thread title really is a little bit misleading for real his best win was against anderson, but best performance? I honestly would put his lyoto fight

When you get in the cage, you’re there to compete. Anderson doesn’t get to take away the merit of Chris’s win by getting a little too cocky. That’s the equivalent of “I wasn’t even trying, wahh.”

Anderson. Easily. He outclassed him and won against a guy who was fighting the type of fight he always fought.

Anderson was his best and obviously most high profile win, prime or not.

But I personally believe his best performance was against Gastelum then Machida as a close second.

And let's not forget about his flawless victory and fatality over Munoz.

A mma performance is always perceived as better when you actually go to a decision or ko's a guy after a violent beating, there is no way of taking anything of weidman his anderson win is legit but i woudn't call that dominant, lyoto on the other hand is the performance which really showed how good he is capable of being

He looked best in the silva rematch. He was Dominating and beating the crap out of him everywhere without gassing. He gassed in the first silva fight, just got lucky silva was an idiot. The machida fight- machida might have took two rounds, so it wasn’t that dominating of a performance.

Thats actually not true, it was a pretty lackluster fight until he caught him, i don't know what you're smoking during the first fight but that definitly not what happened, and by the way the chris win against anderson still super legit, but you're just making things up now

Machida was a damn good win. So was Gegard. Heck, so was Maia.

But don't be daft about this. Weidman's best win was dethroning Silva.

Questionable wins? He knocked prime Anderson out the first time and broke his leg intentionally the second time.

what the fuck are you talking about?

Didn't he lose to Gegard in embarrassing and ridiculous fashion?
