I think that the UFC would be brought up on assisted suicide charges if that happens at 140 or 145. She would get churched easily. At 135 it might be a decent tussle, but I can see Borgs stuff the shit out her hip toss like a Thankgiving day turkey and lighting her up like Christmas candles to a tko in the first 2-3 rounds.
