Everyone knows the Dem party and the GOP flipped on their Civil Rights stance. The Dixicrats and Licoln era Dems were indeed the party racists flocked to but all that changed a few decades back when the national Dem party took a pro Civil rights stance and the GOP pursued a Southern Strategy. Now the White Nationalists and those with WNist sympathies flock to the GOP. You can see this on any number of rightwing sites.

Have seen it mentioned on rightwing sites too, plus here . I think it was Conan (not sure) , but definitely 1 of those other rightwing posters who come back time and again with new accounts. You know the type of poster I am talking about, they regurgitate righwing blogosphere talking points.

The right only advocates so called colorbind equality now ; they were quiet about it pre Civil rights.
You leave out context when you go on about affirmative action .

Arguing labels in this case isn't futile because it is pretty straightforward. Now arguing labels on protectionism in trade gets complicated.

Like I said, one only needs to visit rightwing sites and see how their fans think on matters of race. Heck you don't have to even leave Sherdog, just read any thread on racial matters and see the attitudes of the liberal and rightwing posters.
