What would you guys say is the best movie on the list?

The top 10 when adjusted for inflation. Gone With The Wind is still #1 by about 600 million over Avatar. It made $400 million when tickets were only 25 cents. That is crazy money.

Alice in Wonderland and Episode 1 being on that list is proof that there is no God.

Nice to see The Return of The King on the list, The Lord of The Rings trilogy is the most monumental film project I can think of and Peter Jackson was definitely more concerned with doing the books justice and making the best films possible than trying to milk devoted fans.

So... I guess I should go watch SkyFall... is it really that good?

All in the golden age of piracy, but yeah they're losing billions

It's kind of what I expected. It's all about the casual audience though, blah.

No, not really, some of these scores are a bit off, subjectively or objectively. Casine Royale is still by far the best of the new(er) ones. Go and rewatch the old ones ;) .

was going to say the same thing.

the only movie i have seen on there is titanic. wtf.

Surprised by Burton's Alice in Wonderland, didn't realize it was that big.

Also kinda shocked at Skyfall, had no idea it was a smash like that. And for the above poster who asked, no, it's utterly mediocre tripe. Casino Royale is about 10x better.

Also, lol @ James Cameron having #1 AND #2, and also having the only 2 movies in history to surpass 2 billion. And, he's been deeper into the Earth than any other human being. He's not exactly fucking around in this lifetime, is he? :D
