Strikes and damage don’t matter. GSP controlled the octagon.

50-45 GSP.

There hasn't been a single fight in the history of the UFC where the disparity between judges scores and media scores was greater.....

Literally the biggest robbery ever in the history of the UFC when you take into account, the judges vs media scores.

Now keep in mind that the same people complaining about Jone vs Reyes, had no problem with GSP being scored as the winner by judges.....

This shows you that for the haters, this has nothing to do with judging, just blind hate, and desperate attempts to latch on to whatever excuse they can to marginalize what Jones has achieved.

We don't want to rehash this shit. Hendricks doesn't even care anymore.

Oh now media scores matter? @TheToqueville

I agree GSP vs Hendricks was a robbery. But there have been worse ones.

Barzola vs Bochniak was ridiculous. Diego vs. Pearson was absolutely idiotic. And for the life of me I can't understand Machida vs. Shogun I.

GSP got the decision because Johnny didnt fight in the 5th and GSP was going forward.
Just like Jones got it because he was more agressive than Reyes in the 5th.

But in recent memory, scoring Stamann Vs Song a draw was a fucking joke and a nasty robbery too. Stamann won without a doubt.
But since they are no name, nobody gives a fuck. That shit happens almost every card
This! Hendricks coasted in rd. 5 and as a challenger he had a responsibility to finish strong. Nobody wants a champ that coasts in rd. 5.

People forgetting
Randleman/Rutten
bisping/hamill
KZ/Garcia
Pham/Garcia
Sanchez/Kampmann
Sanchez/Gomi

People forget how much gsp was hated for being the most dominant champ, not having the most fan friendly style, and being Canadian. Media bias in full effect there. Also Hendrix coaches telling him he had already won between the 4th and 5th is what lost him the fight.

Cathal Pendred vs Sean Spencher. Literally every single media outlet scored it 30-27 or 29-28 spencer, judges scored it 30-27 X2 and 29-28 for Pendred by Unanimous decision.

Anyone with a brain could see the logic in both fight decisions. Neither was a robbery.

GSP outpointed Hendricks for 2 rounds and Hendricks did a lot more in his 2 rounds, but not enough for a 10-8. First round was totally even, the judges gave it to the champ.

Jones vs Reyes, I had Reyes winning the first 3 rounds, but I was happy that Jones took the win because Reyes was done in the 4th and 5th and he was even more done if there was a 6th and 7th. If I was a judge I'd have given it to Reyes, but a part of me was happy he didn't get that because the better fighter won. Reyes started off strong but faded big time and Jones was tightening the noose.

Bottom line, the scoring system is shit and we need an MMA friendly scoring system. This boxing crap is archaic for this sport.

Well there’s a reason why gsp retired after that fight (in his prime)

he knew he was gifted a decision n in a immediate rematch he had nothing for Hendricks

Don’t think I can remember another instance there champ retires in his prime after a gift decision?
There was talk of him doing that before the fight even took place.

This one is forgotten and I think was more of a clear robbery.... Lawler vs. Condit.

How does somebody retire after that?

The decision was made before the fight ever happened, for several weeks leading up to the fight GSP and Firas said he had an announcement coming after the fight.

The only reason why he didn't say it before the fight, is because he didn't want it to over shadow the fight itself.

Nam Khan vs LeonardGarcia. Fucking brutally bad man.
