I read a decent amount of it, but that bill is a real pain in the ass to read, which I assume is intentional. The thing is almost 1000 pages long, and each aspect, topic, rule change, etc., is labeled with a section number, like section 4000413 or whatever.

And then the table of contents is by section number, not page number. Want to quickly see what they’re doing to Medicaid? Good luck! It’s a nightmare to navigate that thing.
