Hello all.

I have been advised to not do rows or pullups or any other...well, ok, curls...after or before deadlifting.
I use the mixed grip, one hand supinated other is regular grip.

People who i consider to know what they´re talking about said i should do one day specifically for deadlifting, being it two days after rowing or putting stress on my biceps.

...that biceps tear fear...

what do you guys do?
chest/back
squat day
rest
deadlift
?

i like to do pullups too...
damn it!

Did a doctor tell you this or just people you know?
Try to Switch the grip. Bicep strains and potentials for tearing occur to the arm(s) that is supinated primarily. This is why a lot of deadlifters switched to pronated grips where there tends to be a reduced frequency of strains and tears.

Having one of your DL days be with straps would also work with that.

I dedicate one day solely to deadlifting and some accessory back stuff. Not so much because I'm worried about injury, more so deads sap my endurance and are very taxing for me.
