Stormin Norman Parke would be the closest, not a bad fighter actually and had some good grappling but even I wasn't really a fan of him. Poor fella got cut being 5-3-1 in the UFC, two of those losses being split decisions. Not exciting at all but quite effective, sure he could beat some dudes in the UFC to this day.
