The best striking workouts(pad,heavy bag,and stuff like that)

I'm a far bigger mma fan than I am in the individual arts but why not just Youtube the likes of Buakaw and strict muay thai specialists who strike for a living allowance or some K1 studs?

Anyway, Tiger Muay Thai usually has good mma striking vids. Maybe Cain Velasquez footage. Old Shogun stuff was fun to watch.

Well Bob Sapp beat a K1 stud(Arnesto Hoost) that was a 4x champ,twice

Perhaps I should look up some Sapp

Yeah, that's pretty bad, but GGG looks pretty promising and he hits like a f'ing freight train. Hopefully he can get some money fights now that he's making a name for himself.

yes good for someone like me who boxes during my lunch break at 37 yrs old. the title of the thread was BEST striking workouts. that was far from the best and average. im sorry
 
this is always one my constants when i wanna see good pad work



and my instructor ain't so bad at pad work either =)
