Somebody said "Marat Grigorian" and you asked "Over Masato/Souwer?", which means that in your opinion, Souwer could arguably be considered #1.

Then somebody also said "Andy Souwer" and your reply is that Souwer can't be considered #1 because Petrosyan is better? How does that make any sense?
