The best midsection exercise I tried.

    This exercise is the bomb. Works the midsection like crazy.
    I learned about it from the news letter.
    Here is the like to it.
    coil
    I did it few times and could not laugh for a week, after that.
    I think it's better than full contact twist, russian twist and other twists.
    Try it for few reps and tell me what you think.

    Those look like fun! I've definately gotta add those into my routine!

    nice, I'll have to give them a go when my shoulders heal. I've been looking for a good rotational core exercise.

    My form on these rotation kind of exercises sucks so bad. I always end up cheating without realising by using my shoulders.

    The thing about powre iron coils is that even if you cheat, you are still in the position where your oblique/ midsection muscles must stabilize hard.
    I learned that the hard way.
