watch the dean lister knee bar at adcc. his technique is absolutely perfect. when his left leg flies over, he puts his left ankle straight under the guys butt... it was so tight even before he had it. yes, lister is the man.

ps - that shamrock one is absolutely disgusting. ive seen it about 15 times now, and it just keeps giving me that initial shock factor everytime i see it. plus i hate the ref going 'give up?! give up!?' obviously you idiot, the guy is screaming!!!!

oh and also, how the hell can they have a whole section on ken shamrock and not include those toe holds he put on don frye!!! those were absolutely brutal. granted frye didnt tap, but i think he had two broken ankles after the fight? (pride 21 maybe?)

One of the best HL videos I have seen. Although I wish it included my favorite fighter, Frank Shamrock.
 
seriously people need to understand just how dangerous leg locks are.

I think half the practicing MMA/grapplers/knowledgeable combat sport fans do not get it.
