The BEST Fish Oil Supplements (New study)

Any new opinions on fish oil? I am taking sports research now because I got them on sale. 1250mg with 1040mg omegas.
 
Latest research I read says if you have a healthy heart, they will do more harm than good as they can increase chance of stroke. I cut my fish oil back to every other day until bottle is gone then just gonna take flaxseed oil.

No that is not what it said, close but each word matters, compare the actual quote from the words you used, the difference is very important.

Did you read the actual study? It's very weak in it's structure, there are many issues that take away from the strength of any negative association with AF or stroke. Most notably to my recollection is the self reporting and lack of apples to apples comparison of the supplements, not by brand or EP/DHA. The dose and frequency were also laughably low iirc more than or less than twice a week and maybe more or less than 1g? WTF you can get that much in a filet o fish at mcdons! Ok , that part was a joke but it's low.

Of course you can do what you like but if you buy this or leave with the impression that your statements infer then you've just bitten on the clickbait which the second link is definitely guilty of.
