Kinda funny how a guy like rogan would probably submit jones in a bjj match but in an actual fight jones would destroy him badly, funny how back when royce gracie was dominating the scene people thought that bjj was the is all end all martial art.

In MMA ground ability is only as good as your takedowns. Jones can "shut out" any bjjer he wants. Allow him to throw bows and good luck. In BJJ you have to engage with BJJ, in MMA you can do what you like.

Lots of great MMA fighters who are outstanding grapplers don't have formal ranks in BJJ. No big deal
