Everyone thinks the obvious choice for her to make is retire. But it really isn't. If she lives to 200 years old, she will still have those 2 losses on her mind. She will have sleepless nights forever.

She literally has nothing to lose right now. She not only lost twice in a row, she lost twice in the worst way possible. And no movie is going to take her after those losses. She already got two of her movies cancelled after her Holm loss because they felt she couldn't play a hero in a movie after a loss like that. And now she just suffered an even worse loss.

She should go out and train at a real camp (AKA or Altitude) and get a wrestling and conditioning heavy coach and put a string of wins together against top ten opponents and fight at least one more title fight after that. Even if she loses again, it will be the best thing she can do for herself and to change the tide of hate that she is getting right now. Everyone who is hating right now will at least respect her if she does this.

    No she needs to wait.
Her deffensive style is ahead of its time.
One day all fighters will use there ample head to block every punch and elbow thrown.
But untill that day, she needs to eat more doughnuts and sit on Ellen's knee and be consoled some.

She needs to abandon the standup completely. Just like Khabib she needs to just focus on double-leg takedowns and pressure grappling. That is what her body is built for. She needs to foget about even putting on boxing gloves in training. It's a waste of time.

What about her knees though? Schaub said she can't shoot because her knees are too damaged. Maybe she needs to go to a gym where they won't be afraid to work her and really force to improve in the standup (Blackzillians as I suggested jokingly, but more realistically maybe train with Dillashaw or something).

Yes she has. She's got time. As an old toppie I can tell you that as you go through life there are natural break points where one era ends and another begins. Ronda is 30 and after spending most of her life in a ring, she needs to be thinking of getting out. The party's winding down. It's time to say adios to the fighting life and hello to the next era. Kids, marriage, punditry, dog-training - it doesn't matter. But getting smacked in the face for a living has had its day for her.

Really? Thats interesting. GSP has blown out his knees twice and he can still shoot. Never knew bad knees can hinder takedowns that much. Even Mcgregor tore his MCL against Holloway and couldn't standup so he decided to shoot on Holloway.

She's on the trajectory to receive a one-punch KO if she fights again.

    1. ) She is done with MMA I think.

2.) The best thing she can do is switch gyms, if she is serious about being a title contender again.

She needs to retire, go broke, go back and watch her interviews and tuf season and realize how much of a mistake being a massive self absorbed cunt 24/7 was.

She is so unfocused right now that another fight would only hurt her further.

Well that's what Schaub said, and Hendo and maybe Rampage? seemed like they couldn't wrestle anymore in later years because of knees.

She retired (for all intents and purposes) after the Holly fight.

She never should have stepped into the cage with Nunes.

Jesus, how can anyone still think she has any business being a fighter ?

The ability for some to see only what they want to is astounding.

Ronda fans are just as bad as Hilary fans. Thank God we will be seeing a lot less of both

    Happy New Year !!!

I would love nothing more than for her to sit back, and reflect on how much of a bitch cunt she's been in her MMA career; to sit back, with melancholy, as it slowly dawns on her, perhaps too late, that she is in fact a shitty person, and that the world wasn't wrong - SHE WAS.

But she's not emotionally advanced enough for that. She lacks certain parts of her brain to allow her to explore herself and look inward for answers. No, everything is everyone else's fault.

    So fuck that bitch.

I think she has two torn ASLS so she can't really do wrestling takedowns, i thnk she should be focused on striking more and she cant get back there, i dont like her at all but this game without stars is not the same.

Yep especially when her movies go away and no one cares about her. But then someone she tried to trash constantly, meisha, retires with grace and is already commentating.
