The battle for #1 P4P: Jones(HW) vs Izzy(LHW)

If Jones moves up and takes the HW title, and if Izzy takes the LHW title, Who is P4P #1? It has to be one of them right? Khabib would be retired out of the rankings and even if he wasn't, You still could make a compelling case for Izzy or Jones being ahead p4p for moving up weight class and being undefeated(and in the case of jones, virtually undefeated)

Jan is good but he is nowhere near a great fighter, at least not right now. Jones becoming champ at HW will be way bigger than Izzy becoming LHW champ as Stipe is arguably UFC HW GOAT. Even beating Ngannou would be far greater than Jan imo.
