Muay Thai that you all see on Television and Boxing Stadium is a sport.

The real Muay Thai is an Art and Self Defense that has a lots of history.

There are so many stories and technical of Muay Thai that you don't see or know because in the past, Muay Thai usually doesn't wear gloves and there are no regulation.

Muay Thai was an Art form of self Defence that started from wars.

In the battle field you consider your body was one of the weapons.
