The Anchor punch...Anderson or Ali?????

Anderson did it first. Ali is just a swagger jacker.

Honestly, I love the Silva vs Forrest exchange a lot more. Just the way Forrest falls to the ground makes the whole sequence more entertaining. :)

Liston quit. Worst acting ever.

Griffin is just a goon.

You might have a point there...

lol @ Griffen's "James Thompson charge" flailing his arms all over the place, coming in off balanced

vs

Liston's cannon jab coming at you

Gotta go with Ali cause there was a actual threat coming at him :icon_twis

Hmm let's see..

Ali did it against a HW boxing champion.

Anderson did it against a wrestler reaching with his punches and chin up.

I don't get the comparison.....

It was on a grassy knoll, where they staged the moon landing.

Liston said himself he could have got up but he didn't because Ali was crazy. Plus the flopping around was just silly. As soon as he thought it was over, he was fine.

ESPN Classic - Liston was trouble in and out of ring

While Liston publicly denied taking a dive, Sports Illustrated writer Mark Kram said that years later Liston told him, "That guy [Ali] was crazy. I didn't want anything to do with him. And the Muslims were coming up. Who needed that? So I went down. I wasn't hit."

Irrelevant post is irrelevant, you already at double yellows buddy.

Only for 1 more week through :)

Now back on topic...Obviously Ali did it against a more superior opponent but Andersons was cooler looking.

Well, it's clear that he was hit. Everything after that is pure speculation.
