I have gotten sick of sitting around on my *** all day and eating junk...tomarrow I start drinking nothing but water and eating 5 balanced meals a day (proportion controll of course...and by balanced I mean complete...meat,greens,fruits,grains...etc.) Also,this summer I plan on taking BJJ. I already lift and run the treadmill for like 45 min twice every week...but what else should I do for fat loss/muscle gain?
