Legeno was a decent fighter; he beat Kimo when Kimo was still in his 30's, I believe, plus beat a late-40's Severn (which isn't exactly easy). Herb handily won the round but lost due to a cut. He also was an actor in the Harry Potter movies and died at age 50.

Sure, he wasn't world-class, but he wasn't exactly Sherdog keyboard-warrior level either.

Yeah I'm not trying to drag his name through the mud or anything. I love Herb's reffing, and it's cool that he actually fought before getting into officiating. Just commenting on the fact that he wasn't exactly a spectacular fighter.
