Just wanted to say thanks to Carol at CG for the timeliness in which I received my Wand Special Edition GP tshirt. Carol even went the extra mile and inspected the shirt since I had gotten a defective one from Rio Fightware.

Shirt arrived in 2 days.

stu3ufc it was not anything like that, but in the end it worked out, again sometimes no matter how good quality and control is things like this happen to manufacturers, WAND is world class leader of MMA products......................as representatives of them ( WAND ) we will do what we can to maintain their good name in the game.

Im waiting for my refund from RFW now. Today is exactly one month since the charge hit my CC for the initial shirt.

We work to protect our manufacturers reputation and try to make things right for the end user even when somehing does not go right and even if the client did not buy from us.

We try not comment on how others govern themselves..............................................

Man all this is confusing!! My post isn't about stirring up stuff. Why is one retailer helping another-

Sir we got the shirt in , thanks for your comprehension , we did inspect it and the problem was that the screen print got stick on other silks , that happens when you, sometimes, fold a shirt without drying properly not a poor screen print or quality shirt, but overall yours was the only one. We were the first ones to get a hold of the first 100 out of 1000's manufactured. We are sending this shirt back to the manufacturer, they are already aware of this situation but the sales director is traveling on vacation so we will bring that up later on.

The funds have been credited back to your account, you can go ahead and close this thread now, if you wish. For us to ship another one again like we had said before, it will cost around $25 and it will take 5-7 days.

Thanks one more time ,for those warriors that jumped into this thread and supported us , bottom line of it , we got a lot of new sherdoggers !!! Thanks ALL!!!
