I want to thank Brendan "Big Brown" Schaub for saving me $50, by me not getting honey dicked into buying UFC 190.

The UFC tried its hardest to make me think that Ronda would actually break a sweat in her fight against Bethe, but once again Ronda walked in and walked right back out.

You need Abu Shaubi to tell you not to buy that card?

I really would like to meet a person who was dumb enough to pay for that, I know there is some out there

Basically a TUF finale with Ronda fighting a can who may or may not have taken a dive. I still have no idea how she got dropped by those punches, I have seen better form in high school fights

Horrible card. I just skimmed through sherdogs play by play to see who won it was all predictable as fuck too.

Agree. Did pretty much the same, plus the fights on PPv don't get over until 2 AM out here.

Did you really need Schaub to tell you that Bethe had no chance? Her best win is against an almost retired fighter, she went to split decision to a Julie Kedzie who was on a big losing streak and was again almost retired, and she only has 2 TKOs in her whole career with one against a fighter with a losing record.

Does anyone around here like anything?

It had good name value (former SF champ Cavalcante, Maia, Bigfoot, Nogs, Shogun, Rousey) and a women's SW #1 contender fight, plus the TUF Finale. The BW fight was entertaining. Lw a bit of a stinker but not awful.

Yeah, most of these dudes are past their prime and close to hanging it up but I was quite surprised. Big Nog took some big head strikes and walked through even more body shots, Lil Nog and Shogun put on another great fight, Bigfoot showed he isn't as shot as everyone thinks, and Rousey McGregor'd Bethe.

Although she didn't drag it out that was more embarrassing than Cat and Davis IMO. If people thought she might have an advantage anywhere it'd be standing. Instead she gets faceplanted with that magnificent ass up, displayed for all the world (and more immediately her home country) to see.

It was certainly not as good as 189 or 187 but it was a solid card

Bad card. Women's fights were the only reason to watch and they were the first fights and last fights respectively, which made for a ton of boring filler inbetween.

    Still worth to see Rousey.

Maia v Magny should have been co-co-main. One of the tuf fights should have been in prelims.

I thought BF/Soa would have headlined the prelims but I'm glad it was on the PPV.
