I'm looking for any and all advice relating to relocating to Thailand, or just staying for long periods of time.

I'm an Australian resident, have been to Thailand a few times and lived at gyms for short stints, but recently its dawned on me that I really have no solid reason not to make the move if it is possible for me.

I've been emailing back and forth with Oeshon a bit and he's been a big help, but I think there are a few others here that have similar experiences.

Just make sure you don't turn into Payak and lose your command of English.

Lol'd because I understand, even on my short trips there so far I felt my English getting weaker as my Thai got better.

Just got back to BKK today.

Advice = You only live once bro.

Who are these people that just have money to up and move to another country with no plans for their next job

Not I... Well I have enough for maybe a year and a small income from an online business.

Lots of people do it. I know people that moved to Europe with less than $1000 in their pocket and no job lined up.

Those who step out of their comfort zone tend to get more out of life.

Nothing stopping him heading back to his home country.

Those who want it and are willing to work for it will be successful.
