How much would it be to live and train in thailand from the UK for 1-2 years.
Im happy to live a basic( in UK terms ) life bed food train

I'd guess your flight would cost around 600 GBP. Training, including accomodation and 2 meals a day would be anything from 500-800 GDP/month, depending on gym, comfort level etc.

Then, you probably will want to eat more than 2 meals a day so that will cost aswell but food is cheap in thailand. If you wanna go watch stadium fights i don't really remember what a lumpinee ring side ticket costs but i think it's either 1000 or 2000 THB for foreigners, your gym owner will probably get you a discount though.

And oh, if you want to learn real muay thai i wouldn't recommend going to tiger muay thai or any other tourist "mma gym" in thailand. Just go to a real gym that actually produces high level fighters. There is plenty discussion of thai gyms in this thread

@Snubnoze707 not sure if you're serious or not but no, just goto the beach or one of the western friendly bars if you're looking for sucky suck suck or fucky fuck. ladyboys are cheap but quick to pick your pocket. pack only a small amount, be curtious and polite and you should be okay. but for your own safety remember to rubber up

edit; heck just take a look down the sidewalk for short skirts and boob tubes if you don't want to be discrete about it
