    After doubting this 'Programme'

    I tried it and have to say that i have improved my abdominal definition and have finally got an all in one diet and strength regime.

    I just thought I would share this, Dont judge until you try! it is genuinely a great routine and from a very respectable source

    How much did you squat, bench and deadlift at the beginning of the program, and now?

    squat was 9.4 Slugs

    Deadlift 5.13 Slugs

    Behcn 3 slugs

    Now

    SQUAT 15 Slugs

    DEADLIFT 25 Slugs

    Bench 30 Slugs

    :) improvement? ? ?

    Edit -- also, since I'm googling slugs, and finding that a slug (as measure of mass) is 32.17 pounds, you're claiming to have benched 965 pounds.

    ...to which I say, my ass.

    Well, I gave the benefit of the doubt, and asked a serious question. Given the response, it's quite clear you're a troll. And not a particularly good one.

    Anyway I'm going to stick with my Tetrahedron-Scorpius-3/2/1-vIV.2 method program for making glorious squat and pressing.

    You squat and dl much less than you bench, if your claim were to be true, which we all know its not. Not sure if trolling or actually trying to push faulty program, eitherway, in b4 ban :)

    Yeah definitely I'm super pumped to start, how do I actually check the programme though? I can't seem to find it on the page.

    the basic programme is on the page then u need to join the shoal to get the full routie!

    it will up your definition and strength like 1,2,3 easy !
