I'm not really a trailer park type of guy. I have been thinking of purchasing one to go along with my other rental property though. But,I don't know that I really want that headache.

budking is a good guy...but he may well be from a trailer park. I will let him either confirm or deny.

I have driven California top to bottom many times...I am well versed and agree...there is very little issue with human shit. The Central Valley on the other hand...the amount of cow shit is madness.
