Elections Texas Republicans Attempting to Throw Out 100,000 Predominantly Democrat Ballots

I 100% believe the GOP should play by the same rules as the other side

If we condemn a party for doing something then allow it by the opposing one, we just get a worse political climate where everyone agrees something isn’t good but they don’t stop it because it’s only the time the opposing party does it. We should try to encourage at least one if not both of the parties to act better.

No. That's playing by the same rules.

Sometimes taking the high road ends with a boot on your face.

The outrage here is laughable

I tend to believe the appeal is going to be struck down so the outrage may be moot. Not taking the high road in situations like this can end with us not having credible elections if it just becomes a game of invalidating votes. If there’s a case where I see Dems do it, I’ll condemn that too. The principle has to be the underlining reason we agree or oppose something, not what team did it. Nothing improves under that premise.

Leftist politicians did not pass one bill on any level when they posed as dictators closed their states down. Now they're crying about legality. Hilarious

Why would they need to pass a bill on any level if they already have the power to shut down businesses for health reasons? But that wouldn't fit your idiotic narrative.

They don't have the power to arbitrarily shut down a damn thing. This is not a dictatorship.

What makes you think that states don't have the power to shutdown businesses for health reasons? Just because you don't like it?

Lol at you chumps throwing around traitorous while pushing a candidate in the pocket of the CCP.

Do not get bent because the other side decided to get in the mud with you punks

If they can do that, they can do that any time they'd like under that pretense. No. They are not dictators. It's more than enough already.

Yes, they can shutdown any business for health concerns. So you are agreeing to that? I don't see what the problem is other than you don't like it

Its not a health concern to the vast, overwhelming majority of the population. They're trying to circumvent the republic by using this as an excuse to act as dictators. This is not a dictatorship, the constitution makes that clear.

The Dems are pulling shit too. It will all even out in the end.

What are they pulling, exactly?

You guys are such pussies, can't even speak against basic subversion of an American election by the party you support, settling for whataboutism based in fiction.

I await your list of Democratic officials attempting to purge 100,000 votes or more because they're in GOP heavy districts that were gerrymandered by the GOP to be as such.

Ok. Where in the constitution does it says that a state can't shutdown businesses for health reasons? It doesn't fucking say shit about that and you know it too but you just want to wave the constitution whenever someone does something you don't like.

They can shut down whenever they'd like if that was the case and justify it under health issues. It very clearly is not a health issue at this point, they're doing it for political reasons. This thing is not deadly to pretty much everyone. This isn't China, the government can't just do whatever the fuck they want.
