He could have the shit beaten out of him again, which could be very dangerous given how extreme the cut to 147 is for him these days.
He should be taking some domestic level fights and targeting a big money cash out vs Khan IMO.

Hope the Sportsbooks have odds on which one of Brooks' eye sockets will be broken in this fight. That'd be a fun side bet. My pick would be the right one since i expect Crawford will mostly fight lefty. Should be a fun fight while it lasts. Wouldn't be surprised if Brook hurt Crawford early as he's very hittable before he 'figures out' his over-matched opposition.
I was surprised at how hittable he was too. I think Jeff Horn managed to catch him with a couple of clean shots before the inevitable occurred.

He did, though i don't remember if he was ever hurt. The Lithuanian guy who's name i can't remember definitely hurt him and knock him down though. Don't think Brook is durable enough to stop Crawford at this point but i expect Kell to at least hurt Crawford at some point.

You think Khan vs Brook is a big money fight still? Both been beat bad and years and years past their relevance and popularity. I honestly don't see that. But could be wrong
I bet he gets way more for thr Crawford fight Then he could for a Khan fight.

I don’t think brook vs Khan is a big money fight in the UK anymore despite what Eddie night think I think that ship has sailed

I think there would still be some level of interest and it could still do well domestically. Not as big as when both were closer to prime for sure or when Khan did I'm a celebrity which would have drawn casuals.
Hold it in Bolton or Sheffield and I think it would draw a big crowd. That's (almost) Lancashire versus Yorkshire.
If Sky hyped it I think it could still do decent numbers in the UK.
Neither have ever really done big numbers on Sky Box office but together with the right marketing I think it would sell here in the UK. Haye vs Bellew sold 750K (at SKY ppv prices) and both had guaranteed £2.5 million purses plus PPV. Doubt Khan/Brook would do those numbers but probably better than both have done individually in the past even now.
Reports are saying Brook has been offered £1.1 million to fight Crawford. He could definitely make more than that to fight Khan in the UK imo.
He wouldn't have to go to America and lose either.
As to this fight, I think Brook is past his best and will lose badly here.

This is no different to me than Canelo waiting on Kovalev to be Tenderized like aged meat by Yarde.
Only reason I care to watch this is cause he went the distance with Zerafa. Zerafa KO'd Horn and is a higher weight class.
Honestly dunno why all of you are getting excited over this. Maybe it's cause Bob has been giving us shit opponents for a while so this is like a glimpse of sunshine.

Manny doesn't want it. Porter isn't available as he'll be a potential opponent for Manny or Spence/Garcia winner where the money doesn't have to get split up outside the promotion. Spence/Garcia are taken and that fight vs Crawford absolutely can't happen without a live gate as the money is barely there to begin with. Ugas just fought. Jamal James is being built up. Thurman doesn't fight often enough but that may be the one person they could've got, but it'd have to be PPV and not sure if ESPN wants to do that right now

I have no idea how much Brook will get for this, but he’ll be earning it the hard way, that’s for sure.
Agree the Khan fight has lost some of its fire, but that’s an easy one to rekindle - there is genuine bad blood between them and plenty of boxing fans ready to see Khan take a pasting.

Fair it will be money earns the hard way as for the khan fight with limited shows and matchroom have lots of fighters plus fact this would need be stadium fight to maximise revenue I just don’t think this will happen any time soon so he would be taking this

Thurman asked for a contract, there was a thread about it. Crawford avoided it by deciding for Thurman he didn't want it. Apparently , Bud is Keef's new manager now.

Porter just fought and as far as I know Fox and ESPN isn’t planning any PPV’s right now(Loma/Lopez could be a PPV but they decided against that), which is would be a major factor in such a fight even happening.
and until Thurman fights in consecutive years again I don’t believe he wants anything
also Thurman didn’t want the fight considering he supposedly priced himself out
