Looks like you need to be on acid for this to have any effect.

What exactly is the point of this? I'm not trying to be condescending, I'm just curious.

I can't figure out what the surprise is. Overall, it seems pretty tranquil.

 

its actually from 26-30 seconds. It sounds like im snorting a line of something and then a high pinch tune comes in and creates a cool effect
