I read JP multiple times before the movie came out and was bummed by film adaptation (loved the effects though)

Jurassic Park is a better movie and made a huge impact on me as a kid. When Dr. Grant sees the brachiosaurus (I’m still mad they killed it for that abortion of a movie Fallen kingdom)for the first time, lays his head on the sedated triceratops these are timeless moments in cinema for me.

T2 is a good movie but that’s where it ends for me, couldn’t even tell you the last time I saw it.

Jurassic Park is better as a story and visually
Terminator is a wonderful action movie

I don’t see them as the same category

Having said that I have watched Jurassic Park with my kids and gotten to enjoy that with them

On that alone I choose Jurassic Park
