I got tendonitis on the ulnar side of my right wrist. It sucks ass. If this was an average instance of wrist tendonitis, how long would I be out for? 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 6???

The answer is it depends.

You can look up some exercises to do on Youtube to help rehab the injury.

BPC157 will help cure it in 2-3 weeks. But you have to pin it.

Also years ago I think I had some good results with cissus but the quality of it is hit or miss these days. I had to throw away 1kg I got off Amazon. I got some good quality from bulksupplements.

It's a peptide that we produce in our bodies in gastric juice. You can try the pill form for simplicity but its effectiveness is dubious for non digestive issues. The best is doing subcutaneous pins. You may want to look it up on Youtube how to reconstitute and administer it.

I have ulnar wrist tendonitis now that I've been dealing with for two years and it won't go away. But I've also got other problems too, worn down tfcc and a tear in my scapholunate or something like that, so maybe that's why the pain won't go away. I have been able to get the pain to gow down some though. I wear a wrist brace at night, that has helped. Also I've been doing wrist strengthening exercises in all different directions, twists, up and down, and side to side. I just make sure that I'm using a reasonable amount of weight so that it doesn't aggravate the wrist or cause it to pop in and out.

I can't tell you but everyone seems to rush to get back into their routine with an injury and that's the biggest mistake you can possibly make besides not going to the doctor to check it out of course

Mine is exasperated by my food allergies. Also I’ll probably get shit for this but rippetoes pin firing method has cured elbow tendinitis for me twice now

I had some nasty bursitis in my hip for over a year. Tried all kinds of stuff to get it to heal and nothing really helped. About two weeks into a very low carb diet experiment I was trying and it disappeared. Either my body was just ready to spontaneously heal itself and it was a coincidence or something about that dietary change helped with some of the pain and inflammation.

Food choice can be a powerful thing for better or worse.

Agreed.

How did you stay full? Fat boy likes carbs and lowering them for a day makes cravings spike

Fat and protein are way more satiating than carbs. You lose the cravings after a while, it's different for everyone. I've always liked savory, full fat foods so I'd don't have a hard time going without a lot of carbs. If you've got the discipline to pick heavy things up and put them back down again and again then you can go a few weeks without chips and cookies.

As I said, it was an experiment. There was so much hype around keto a few years ago when I tried it. I wasn't after any specific result, I just wanted to see how my body would react.

Anyone ever get tendonitis in your leg? I'm getting a pain in my left calf muscle - right about in the mid-calf, hurts to put weight on it for 2 days now. Wondering if it's an Achilles tendonitis, how would one know this? Don't want to go to the doc (I hate doctors - though I do have insurance).

Do I gotta stop training?

Go see a doctor.

I had achillies tendinitis twice and onced on my wrist .My wrist was the most brutal to get rid of .Got it training for the RMR a combination of clap push-ups then the same day on a climbing wall . That put to much stress on it .I had a wrist brace but think that was a mistake better keeping in moving .Then a PTI told us onced tendinitis is f--k all just keep stretching the wrist out .

I have had tendonitis for a very long time. I found some videos and articles that claiming eccentric loading can help. Apparently the concentric phase of an exercise is what does most of the damage and the eccentric part can help the tendon.

For biceps curls I use both arms to start at the top and slowly lower down the weight. After only a few sessions I noticed a big reduction in pain so maybe there's something to it.

Same, had great results with USP Labs Cissus back a decade ago.

Good to know BulkSups has the good stuff.
