Cocaine vaccine is in phase 2 clinical trials. Heroin is in preclinical development. Here's a Nature article that reviews some of the drug vaccines in development:

I don't think this is going to stop the drug war. Sure people do them because they are addicted but a lot do them to have fun. I don't see this making more then a dent.

The big Caterpillar dump trucks ride like absolute shit before the bed is installed.

Also, the tires(7-9 feet in diameter) are put on using a fork truck, lining up all the studs with all the holes on the rim at the same time is VERY hard to learn to do. I happen to be an absolute beast at it and can get it first try pretty much every time.

Thanks. I did a bit of reading last night but will do more reading. Can you comment on the 38% effectiveness from early studies where they found that it only worked in a minority of patients while in others it had little effect and in others none.

Nope, not if it works the way it was designed. The strategy with the cocaine vaccine is to stimulate the body's immune system develop an antibody sensitivity for cocaine so that the body "targets the cocaine molecule and attacks" it to change the cocaine molecule before it gets to the brain where you get the effect. If effect it would not be cocaine by the time it reaches the brain. That's a pretty badass strategy if they can pull it off.

Las Vegas City Hall cost 250 million to construct, but what people might not know is that it was done so shitty that it's going to cost another 250 million to keep up. It will never be at 100% either, so many problems that they can't keep up with calling people to keep fixing things. For something that was just built that's horrible.

My favorite is the big ass solar panals, the mayor is trying to show she is very green. What others don't know is that for the cost of the solar panals, it will take 25 to 30 years to break even and by than they will need to be replaced.
 
You can bet your ass any viable cocaine vaccine won't make a dent in the drug trade. Most cocaine users I know and I'm confident a general majority of users are not addicts or anything close, so it is highly unlikely they will be in a position to take such vaccine. Assuming it even survives all 4 stages of clinical trials there's going to be a massive number of lawsuits the moment anyone tries to force patients to take it against their will. I would be absolutely shocked if the government is actually able to force a vaccination against an individuals will for what is essential a victimless crime, it's without precedent. Lastly, the efficacy of said vaccine remains to be seen. We can take a cue from success rates of the naltrexone implant program for the treatment of heroin addiction, which has shown it's a useful tool but hardly a magic bullet, especially given the anecdotal evidence of patients just swapping one addiction (heroin) for another (take your pick).

A CPA license wasn't designed for preparing and filing taxes, it's a byproduct.

The primary purpose of a CPA is to opine on financial statements

I spent 8 years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers and the only class I ever failed in college was intro to financial accounting.
