Teens rob and kill a mentally challenged man with the mental capacity of a 9 year old when he wouldn't give them his cellphone. I want to know how is the prison system in the UK. Reason I ask is because one of the comments on the article saying that these teens will be provided TVs and game consoles in prison and I'm wondering if this is true?

I was going to call bullshit, but I remember reading the article about Anders Brevik, who killed almost 100 people in the worst mass shooting in history, complaining about how doesn't have the newest videogames provided to him. I was wondering if the UK's prison system is similar to Norway's.

I want these motherfuckers to suffer. Fuck rehabilitation. Hang these pieces of shit.

iPhones and Galaxies are pretty valuable. Not everyone has a Motorola Razr like your poor ass does.

Unfortunate but the English should feel ashamed right now. These youths weren't given a great opportunity and now they will have to go into the legal system because some racist kid wasn't smart enough to hand over his cell phone to youths who are constantly discriminated against. What they need over there is more multi-culturalism so the natives will listen to reason and social justice. Hopefully this kids parents are provided free cell phones for life, even when he's set free from the institution. Free Jamal Jones!

Sadly the law has to be equal to all citizens, so while people lik Breivik will enjoy a life that its not paramount to his crimes, his country as a whole enjoys one of the lowest recivism rates among criminals which prevents tragedies to happen in the first place.

When it comes to crime being half-assed doesnt works, either you hang up everyone even for moderate crimes "Vlad the impaler style" or you make a system about rehabilitation.

Going halfways only gives you the worse of both.
 
I find amusing that the accomplice had a better idea than the lawyer about looking for manslaughter instead of self-defense.

I upgrade my phone every 4-6 months depending on the releases.....then I give or sell my old ones, LOL@ $600-$800 being valuable....

My heart goes out to your family in this time of financial ruin...hopefully your Chapter 11 filing goes well and you can start all over someday.
