Jesus Christ, that little scumbag could have gotten his dad shot if he'd reacted worse and come to the door armed, all because he thought he could outrun the cops to avoid a traffic ticket. Take away his car for starters, and lock the little shit in a basement for at least 6 months for trying to cause a violent altercation when he's the only one that did anything wrong.
